It’s Cold so I’m Packing for the Beach

Since I’m already planning my next beach trip I wanted to share some of my beach essentials. Here are the things I took to the beach this summer and will be taking on my next tropical getaway.

L’Occitane Facial Mist: It’s so easy to feel overheated and sticky on the beach. This mist wakes the face up with a light fragrance and skin soothing properties. I store it in my day bag for the beach, the city or anywhere else I might go. It’s a DAILY essential.
Use as needed.

DITTO #EndlessEyewear: With a monthly $24 subscription you can have #EndlessEyewear. It’s like Netflix for your face. Order a pair, keep as long as you’d like and when you’re ready to get a new pair DITTO will ship the new pair and a return label to send the other pair back. It’s really great for those of us who like to mix up our looks frequently. Use code “IANCRUMM” for a complimentary month subscription.
Swap sunglasses as desired.

diptyque Roll-on Fragrance: This Philosykos roll on fragrance has notes of fig leaves, wood and white cedar. While not the citrusy scent often associated with summer or tropical climates, I think the earth notes hold up well for a day in the sun.
Roll on as needed.

Haha, I love the title! Thanks for sharing, though. I have always loved knowing what people’s “essentials” are. Which usually means spending money, and come to think of it, is not much of a good thing. Oh well, ha!

Great list of essentials! I definitely need to look into the facial mist! It sounds awesome, especially for a day on the beach. I had also never heard of DITTO. Netflix for your face … that’s hilarious!

I love the endless eyewear idea. Thanks for sharing. I’m reading this “getting ready for the beach” post just as the weather is starting to turn in my neck of the woods. Just enjoyed a crisp cold Halloween night. No beach bumming in the near future.
